Potassium sorbate. Now used as a preservative in a MANY organic products. If you are like me, one of the 2% of the population allergice to potassium sorbate externally, you NEED to read labels before you buy a product. Allergic reactions are different for everyone. When I have put on a lotion that had potassium sorbate in it, I looked like I had a bad sunburn with welts. It burned, was hot to the touch and I was miserable. The first time I used a lotion all over my body that was someone else's and I had no clue I was allergic to it. The second time, I used a product on my face from a sample jar from a trade show. Sample jars do not have ingredient lists. My face swelled up like a hundred bee stings. Please be careful.

To achieve greatest efficacy of our salves, we use as little unbleached beeswax as possible in our products, leaving the ingredients more room to be on your skin. If your product gets warm & looks like there's oil on top, just stir it!
