You must email us within 10 days of shipped date for Stateside and 25 days of shipped date for overseas orders.
Used or unused: Email us for a return authorization number. Then, return product[s] postpaid with a tracking number. Email that tracking number to us.
If the product is used or not, you will receive a store credit less 25% to be used by the end of that year.
Store Credit may be used only for items with the Blue Sage Naturals label on the container and all credit must be used at the same time.
If you are allergic to a product [sea buckthorn oils are non allergenic], email for a return authorization number, then return the product[s] postpaid, with a letter stating what happened, how many times you used the product and where it was used. Sign and date it. You will receive a store credit for the purchase price of the product, to be used by the end of that year. There is a limit of 1 returned product for allergenic reasons.
We have this policy in place for a number of reasons, including the prevention of abuse of our merchandise and services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; but we are strongly confident you are sure to love our products.
If it was an error in order processing and/or shipping by Blue Sage Naturals, we will make it right.
Seabuckthorn oil is not allergenic and is not returnable.
We are sorry, however we are not able to accept returns from APO/FPO addresses.
You must send us the tracking number for the package you are returning to Blue Sage Naturals. Failure to do this will void your credit.
Blue Sage Naturals is not responsible for lost returns and credit will not be issued for items not received.

For returns due to error by Blue Sage Naturals, we will process and ship your corrected order, via USPS priority mail. We will not charge you the cost of shipping, of course. And we will credit your account for the cost of shipping the product back to us, should we require you to do that.

To achieve greatest efficacy of our salves, we use as little unbleached beeswax as possible in our products, leaving the ingredients more room to be on your skin. If your product looks like there’s oil on top, just stir!
